Schoolbus to Beekman Beach
CAR POOL/BUS GUIDELINES
Fall 2011
•Loading time for the bus is 3:20pm in front of the school as we now have quite a few girls and need a few extra minutes to coordinate.
Departure is 3:30 sharp.
• Only those girls who committed to the bus, paid the cost and signed the waiver are permitted on the bus - NO EXCEPTIONS. If you allow someone other than those who are listed to board the bus, you will jeopardize the bus for the entire group.
•All girls are required to be seated wearing a seatbelt and conduct themselves as Ladies. Girls are to be courteous and quiet during the ride.
Too much noise is far too distracting for the driver.
•Under No Circumstance is anyone to try to convince the bus driver to stop ANYWHERE, (ie, Bonanza, McDonalds et al).
The bus will only make one stop at the Beekman Beach Boat House.
•If you are staying after for extra help and will not be taking the bus, please inform a fellow team member who will be riding the bus that day. You will be responsible to either leave extra help to make the bus or arrange a ride from school to the beach, independent of the bus.
• There will be a pre-arranged bus loading spot. If the bus is not where it is supposed to be, DO NOT PANIC. Contact Mrs. Hanes. She will contact the bus company to determine the problem. The school does not have any responsibilities for the bus.
The fee will not be prorated or refunded if you miss practice, quit the team or make other arrangements.
The fee being charged is based on the full participation of all girls.
