OLMA-Lettes
Needed:
Large Pot
Water
Source of heat
Eggs
Small Freezer ZipLocks (MUST be Freezer Bags)
Sharpie Marker
Trimmings:
Diced Ham
Crumbled Bacon
Sliced Sausage Links
Chopped Onions
Chopped Peppers
Shredded Cheeses
Sliced Mushrooms
... and anything else you want to add.
1) Boil Water
2) Write name on Ziplock.
3) Crack eggs into ziplock.
4) Add desired trimmings.
5) Squeeze air out of bag and seal
6) Squeeze bag until eggs and trimmings are thoroughly mixed
7) Place in pot of boiling water
8) After several minutes, remove with tongs, squeeze contents with tongs to mix contents; replace in water
9) After several additional minutes, remove with tongs, open bag and place on plate. Season to taste and ENJOY.
