Sign Up for Beach Duty
With one Coach, it is important to have a parent present at the beach
for the girls that not on the water
(Dates are given to the person who requests it first)
Review the calendar below for empty dates
Use the form on the left to request the dates you want
Enter "Beach Duty" as Subject
Enter your full name and dates in the message ---please be "date specific".
***PLEASE, DO NOT send a "I can do any Tuedays in April" type of message.***
I will post your name below the date within 24-48 hours of receiving your request.
("Beach" refers to Beekman Beach, N = Novice, V = Varsity)
This schedule is tentative and subject to change.
Any information sent home via your daughter from the coaches overrides the information below.
BEACH DUTY RESPONSIBILTIES:
Get First Aid Kit from Coach
Watch Girls and Equipment on the Beach
Call 911 for ANY problems
Assist girls with minor first aid
DO NOT administer ANY medication (including aspirin)
Notify Coach of any problems
